In a mysterious and surreal intermediate zone somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of many characters are intertwined in a surprising and mysterious way. Students Negin and Nazgol find money frozen in ice and ask to get it. Meanwhile, Masud leads a group of increasingly confused tourists around Winnipeg’s monuments and historic sites. Matthew leaves his pointless job at a government agency in Quebec and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identities disappear, intertwine and echo in a surreal comedy of delusion.
