After hearing all the hype and seeing that it’s one of the most-watched series worldwide, I finally got around to watching Squid Game. I must admit that I really enjoyed watching it and had a lot of fun throughout the season. It involves hundreds of contestants (all of them lucky and in need of money) who are asked to play children’s games in order to win a huge amount of money – 45.6 billion won (about $33 million). The only thing is, these children’s games are now all deadly and the last contestant wins all the money. He draws you into his world and before you know it, you’re hooked. It’s a thriller with plenty of twists and turns and plenty of violence. This is a show that will stay in your mind long after watching it. I know they’ve already renewed it for more seasons so I hope they can keep the same magic of the first season. «One Hundred Years of Solitude» is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
